Returns & Exchange Policy
At ShRiYaz Glitz, we take great care in curating and packaging your jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes things happen during transit. Here is our simple policy:
1. Exchange Policy

Damage Only: Exchanges are strictly available only for products that arrive damaged.

Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To claim an exchange, a 360° uncut and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened for the first time.

No Video, No Exchange: Please understand that without clear video proof, we cannot accept exchange requests.
2. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify the damage through your video, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
3. Returns & Refunds

Final Sale: We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We only provide replacements for damaged items as per the exchange policy above.
