Returns & Exchange Policy

At ShRiYaz Glitz, we take great care in curating and packaging your jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes things happen during transit. Here is our simple policy:

1. Exchange Policy

  • Damage Only: Exchanges are strictly available only for products that arrive damaged.

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To claim an exchange, a 360° uncut and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened for the first time.

  • No Video, No Exchange: Please understand that without clear video proof, we cannot accept exchange requests.

2. Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify the damage through your video, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We only provide replacements for damaged items as per the exchange policy above.
