  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of imitation jewelry.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

3. Payment & Orders

  • Prepaid Only: We strictly follow a Prepaid-only model. Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days post-dispatch.

  • ShRiYaz Glitz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • As per our policy, No Returns or Refunds are accepted.

  • Exchanges are only applicable for damaged products with a mandatory, uncut 360° unboxing video.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, designs, and images, is the property of ShRiYaz Glitz. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
