Dispatch & Delivery Policy

At ShRiYaz Glitz, we strive to get your favorite traditional pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about your order’s journey:

  • Prepaid Only: To ensure a smooth delivery process, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, we take 3 to 5 business days to carefully pack and dispatch your jewelry.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking ID: As soon as your package is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking ID so you can follow its progress right to your doorstep.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for your package to arrive after it has been dispatched.

  • Note: The exact delivery date may vary depending on your location/destination.

5. Potential Delays

  • While we do our best to be on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or regional strikes. We appreciate your patience in such rare cases!
